Design Niche/Business Website with Blog Feature in 1 Portal

O.K., time is precious. I’ll get the ball rolling about my niche/business website with blog feature offer. If you believe that you already knew how to design your own niche/business website/blog or use some “free playground”, wait until you read and surf on the hands on demo that I am about to show you.

I have seen some people enjoying free use of free websites owned by others.  Did you know the real dangers of using free “space” or website in some kind of “flea market” or “la-la land” out there? Posting whatever type of your business online means that you own your online real estate. If you post it in somebody’s website (a company or membership type of website), it’s like hanging your store sign in my front yard, my property, I have the right to take it down (and destroy) it anytime I want because it’s my housing property. It’s the same analogy to use all the wonderful free websites or services out there. Is it going to be a nice experience to see your own website being taken down for whatever reason after devoting your good effort and time to make it?  I am an alpaca owner and am also running multiple online business. So, I know what I am talking about with my professional experience.

Many people believe that they know some basics for designing their business websites (remember, I am talking about professional websites for business as opposed to the “playground” websites for youngsters). They can save money by means of getting some basic or free website tools to make up their own sites too. Well, I had the same mentality before I found out and learned that there’s something more advanced behind the basics if I really wanted to run my quality business. Well, if someone is thinking about setting up a website for fun only, then, there’s no need to read what I am about to discuss.

I began to see the major difference in business quality and profits after knowing how to drive in traffic (meaning visitors) to one of my former websites (nice looking but not for business). I don’t mean spending money in advertising around the clock in the search engines (big waste if you do that!) and elsewhere. It’ll take days or a mini-course to explain how to drive traffic but that’s not my current purpose here. A simple but not easy to achieve formula in any online business is that if you have more visitors (more traffic) come to your website/blog, you’ll see….Traffic = Currency (Profit)!! Having a beautiful website designed by and paid to a webmaster, plus selling your valuable products, but have no traffic = no sales = no profit. It’s that simple!

So, before designing or hiring someone to design your business website, decide what your purposes are, how to spend your budget wisely, and get your return shortly after. There’s no such thing called “free” tools and services in the name of quality and bigger profit. The same truth holds in many “website flea markets”. I call it “la-la land” websites that get your membership fee paid off while posting your website in the same big flea market, competing with thousands of business owners selling very similar products as you do. So, people end up competing between 10 or 20 cents more or less in their product prices. Is that what quality business or profit gain about?

To make the long story short, here comes the hands on demo. Go to 1 of my 20 something websites, my alpaca website @ http://alpacadeals.info, and try out what I am about to explain in this blog. This website is obviously about alpaca. You will notice some ads. that I inserted and very few from Google’s crawling in. I personally don’t like to let Google’s ads crawling in too much but allow it to a certain extent for bringing in more traffic even overnight. This website has 6 different ad spots (I can design website up to 7 ad spot in each page). Click the white alpaca, Melody Alpaca, and it will bring you to another business website. Just making this link work was not a few minutes of work and it requires the use of html programming language! Now, can you see how you can link your own or others’ existing website/blog with a 2nd website or more? It’s called backlinks that drive in more traffic. The more backlinks you have (with other partners), the more traffic, and the more… what, you know!

Next, click any ads and see what happen. You can enroll to different business vendors’ (advertisers) affiliate programs as their products’ affiliate for free. When people click your ads. and buy your affiliate products, you get commission but no shipping, no inventory, no work for you. This is what bloggers and marketers called auto-pilot of your site. You get income while you’re sleeping if you know how to set it up first, of course. Don’t worry, I provide all these technical support to people who subscribe my web design service.

Then, look at the sky blue subscription box under “Sponsor”. This is an important feature to get your subscribers sign up; meaning leaving their email address to you willingly for later business contact. You can send them emails for marketing your products without doing any spam as they subscribe to your website knowingly and willingly. Bingo!

Under the Subscription box, you see “Share This”. The website is already blended (backlinked) with the most popular social bookmarking websites where they have many thousands of visitors each and daily. It drives in traffic to your site. Bingo!

Now, here comes the multimedia feature! Go down to the bottom of the page. Click the icons on the right bottom corner, click the film reel icon, see more products for sell (they may or may not directly related to your own cattle business products but will widen your visitors to shop for something beyond your business offer). Click ”Best Selling Products” (Amazon’s website) and “Current Auctions” (eBay). In my alpaca case, there’s not much being sold in Amazon and eBay. I never saw any alpaca sales at eBay!  So, you may want to click the audio and visual features in my other niche sites, such as: http://gohealthydeals.com or http://getiphone.info If people click and buy the products, you get commission after signing up with Amazon (not its individual sellers. Amazon will pay you directly) and/or eBay. Bingo too!

Then, go back up to Melody Alpaca’s photo. Right next to it, you see some small red text. Click the “Popular Tags” that will show you a bunch of more tag choices. These tags are keywords that visitors (both inside and outside your website) are searching for their particular interests. And it already has SEO (search engine optimization) friendly URL. SEO is another major channel driving in traffic to your site although it takes another course to explain it.  If, for example, you get 40 keywords there, means you have 40 pages. After you click to 1 of the 40 keywords, then you can get maybe another 30 popular tags.You click 1 of your 30 tag, then maybe, you can get another 20 tags.

For some of my readers who may know how to design your blogs using WordPress for free, you know that what I just present to you is simply what WordPress can NOT do! Google site map is not even able to match the powerful features installed in this website. Yes, there’re many complicated tech. skills and programming work behind the website that you are seeing. It’s not hard if one has the tools and skills. It did not take me more than  a couple days to finish and get it up run.

About the most important feature directly related to your own business is in the blog. Go up to the top and see “BLOG” at the right of the horizontal menu bar. Click “BLOG” and you will my articles (your business ads) and video postings. The BLOG is ready for the site owner to add more article postings and multimedia contents via your own web hosting provider’s Cpanel. Again, I provide uploading and content modification service for my customers too.  The technology and software in designing this website are pretty uniquely new in the market as it combines both website and blog features in 1 portal.

Finally, you can click and see all other features found in the menu bar. All the contents in News, Blogosphere, and In the Forum are automatically updated and related to your website’s theme or keyword, such as I named my website as alpaca deals, so as the related contents in the menu be.
